been a public speaker for over ten years. She speaks to groups, large and

Neighbors has spoken to many groups and organizations including the Illinois Department of Agriculture, University of Illinois Extension Services, Southeastern Illinois Heritage Foundation, Southern Illinois Tourism, Indianapolis-based WOWpruners, Institute of Rural Affairs and numerous small businesses and service organizations. She was the southern Illinois representative for State Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka and spoke on her behalf throughout the state during her re-election for the office of Illinois State Treasurer.

Neighbors will be speaking again this autumn at the American Wine Society’s Annual Convention in Destin, Florida.
